Michael A. Worel Made President of the International Society of Barristers

On March 15, 2013, Michael A. Worel of Dewsnup, King & Olsen in Salt Lake City, Utah, became the president of the International Society of Barristers (ISOB). The ISOB began in 1965 and is a society dedicated to preserving trial by jury, an independent judiciary and the adversary system. Founders of the ISOB began the organization to bring together the best of the trial bar in a setting devoid of partisan interests. The organization emphasizes warm fellowship among professionals regardless of whether they be plaintiff or defendant advocates.
