Federal representatives from Boeing Co. are heading to Afghanistan to examine a 747 cargo plane crash that occurred Monday at the Bagram Air Base, a U.S. operated base. The cause of the accident is currently unknown but National Air Cargo, the plane's operator, has confirmed that seven American crew members were killed in the crash.
